I am a sunscreen junkie (I have a whole drawer full at home!) because I love to spend as much time outside as possible. After working in dermatology and plastic surgery, I have seen my fair share to remind me that sunscreen is crucial and the only defense my body has from skin cancer. I use a variety of sunscreen products from Aesthetic Specialty Centre depending on what I am doing that day. For just everyday use, walking around the park I use the Revision Skincare Multi Protection-SPF 50. It spreads very easily and I know that it not only protects my skin but helps rejuvenate with anti-oxidants and anti-aging ingredients to keep my skin protected. When I am ready to play tennis or go for a run, I use the Elta MD Skin Care Lotion or UV Clear. These products also spread very easily, but work well when I sweat and stay out of my eyes when exercising hard. Your skin is the largest organ in your body…keep it safe!
