Everyone should strive to eat a healthy diet, but let’s face it…five servings of fruits and vegetables daily? Not in my world! A few years ago, I began taking a multi-vitamin, EPA-DHA fish oil, vitamin D3, biotin, a probiotic, turmeric, resveratrol, and an organic super fruits and greens powdered mixture from Metagenics. I also get regular lipo B12 shots. I choose to believe that the proper vitamins and supplements enhance my well-being and keep me active and healthy.
